Koh Haa consists of a five island group south of Phi Phi and west of Koh Lanta. Three of those islands make up a lagoon area, very pretty! The other two islands have their own wonders, one having a chimney that divers can enter at 5m and exit around 20m and the other for its caverns that form "The Cathedral". A special place!
Hin Deang and Hin Mouang (Red Rock and Purple Rock) are the most remote sites within speed boat range for a day trip. However, when the manta rays are there, then all is forgiven for the speed boat ride! The names are taken from the colours of the abundant soft tree corals that grow there.
These sites are usually visited when a party wish to charter a speed boat with Krabi Noi Marine dive centre. Probably better to visit these sites from Phi Phi, Koh Lanta or a live aboard boat from Phuket.
